What we process and why: if you contact us through the form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your name, email, phone number and message only to reply and arrange your appointment.

Legal basis: your consent when sending the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before providing care (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request. If you become a patient, your data becomes part of your medical record and is kept for the periods required by healthcare law.

Recipients: we do not share your data except where legally required. The form is delivered through Formspree, Inc. and email runs on Google Workspace, both acting as processors with GDPR safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to info@drmagrina.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
